Michael L. Dexter

Dr. Michael L. Dexter is the Director of the Center for Technical Intelligence Studies at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics and M.S. in Applied Physics from AFIT, along with a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
