Prof. Dr. Michael Kling is a Professor at Philipps-Universität Marburg, affiliated with the Marburg Law School and the Department of Civil Law. His research focuses on European and German competition law, public procurement law, unfair competition law, corporate law, international commercial law (GATT/GATS), energy-related competition law, medical law, pharmaceutical law, and insurance law.
