Michael Karanicolas is an Associate Professor of Law and the James S. Palmer Chair in Public Policy & Law at Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law. He holds a BAH from Queen's University, a JD from Dalhousie, and an LLM from the University of Toronto. His research focuses on the intersection of constitutional law, human rights, and emerging technologies, particularly addressing AI governance, digital rights, and public policy challenges.
