Jonik’s articles span Melville’s narrative ambiguity, Thoreau’s environmental philosophy, and James’s psychological realism. His interdisciplinary approach bridges literary analysis with continental philosophy (Deleuze, Foucault) and scientific thought. He frequently lectures at institutions globally, emphasizing transatlantic intellectual exchanges and the legacy of 19th-century American thought.
