Michael Johnson is a Professor in the Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University, serving concurrently as Associate Provost for Academic Enhancement. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and B.S. from Michigan State University. His research focuses on engineering education, production economics, and CAD methodology. He has received numerous teaching awards including ASEE National Teaching Awards and multiple fellowships.
