Michael J. Meurer is a Professor of Law at Boston University School of Law, holding the Abraham and Lillian Benton Scholar title. He holds an SB in Economics and Interdisciplinary Science from MIT, a JD cum laude from the University of Minnesota, and a PhD in Economics from the same institution. His research focuses on Intellectual Property & Economics, with emphasis on patent policy, antitrust, and high-tech industry regulation.
