Michael Hogan serves as Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School while maintaining his judicial appointment to the New Jersey Superior Court since 2000. His professional background includes environmental law practice and governmental counsel roles spanning over two decades.
Previously served as Counsel to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Vice Chair of the New Jersey Executive Commission on Ethical Standards. His governmental experience includes serving as Burlington County Counsel and nine years as Commissioner on the New Jersey Pinelands Commission, overseeing management of the Pinelands National Reserve.
