Dr. Michael Harte is Professor and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs at Oregon State University's College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences. A marine geographer, his research focuses on sustainable management of marine resources, fisheries policy, rights-based management systems, and spatial decision support for environmental governance.
