Michael H. Birnbaum is a Professor at the California State University, Fullerton, Department of Psychology, specializing in judgment and decision making, psychophysical and social judgment, and mathematical models of behavior. He directs the Decision Research Center and has held leadership roles in multiple societies, including the Society for Mathematical Psychology, Society for Judgment and Decision Making, and Society for Computers in Psychology.
