Dr. Michael Gladwin is a Senior Lecturer in History at St Mark's National Theological Centre within the School of Theology at Charles Sturt University, Canberra. A graduate of the Australian National University (MA Hons) and the University of Cambridge (PhD), he holds a BA DipEd from Canberra. His academic career focuses on the religious and cultural history of Australia and the British Empire, with particular expertise in the relationship between religion and war in Australian history.
