Michael G. Miller is an Associate Professor and Chair of Political Science at Barnard College, Columbia University. His research focuses on American elections, political behavior, and election administration, with specialties in campaign finance, elite political behavior, and voting rights. He holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University, an M.A. from Minnesota State University, and a B.A. from Concordia College (MN).
