Michael Enright is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Digital Arts and Animation at Pratt Institute’s School of Art. He joined Pratt in 2010 after contributing to the development of the 2D animation program in the former Film/Video and Photography Department from 2008-2010. His teaching career spans nearly two decades, encompassing diverse educational programs for both young artists and adults.

Enright’s work focuses on animation, digital arts, and motion graphics. He has curated international animation content for the Philadelphia Film Society (2002-2008) and contributed to exhibitions, artist residencies, and collaborations with musicians. Recent projects include a sabbatical in Angouleme, France, where he taught workshops and created time-based works.
His professional experience extends to institutions like The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, New York Children’s Film Festival, Scribe Video Center, and Arcadia University. He has also directed animations for Kids 2 and participated in global group shows.
