Michael D. Slates

Michael D. Slates is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business, specifically in the Department of Finance. He also teaches in the Department of Legal Studies. He holds a J.D. and MBA from Northern Illinois University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder, and has extensive experience in corporate law, banking, and healthcare law. His research interests focus on Financial Markets and Real Estate Law.
