Dr. Michael Clee is a Senior Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering at Swansea University, affiliated with the School of Aerospace, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. His research interests span Autonomous Flight, Advanced Propulsion, Flight Simulation, Renewable Energy, Sports Biomechanics, and Modern Pedagogical Methods. He holds dual chartered statuses as a Chartered Physicist and Chartered Engineer.
Research & Professional Roles: Dr. Clee has served as an External Examiner for multiple UK universities (Wolverhampton, University of West of England, Salford, and others since 2012). He is a member of the Association of Aerospace Universities and the Engineering Professors Council. His consultancy work includes collaborations with Merlin EMC Ltd, Samatrix Ltd, Fuel Active Ltd, and Clean Green Energy Ltd.

He has advised an MSc student (awarded 2023) on postural stability methodologies. His research integrates aerospace engineering with biomechanics and renewable energy solutions.
