Michael Brodowski

Prof. Dr. Michael Brodowski serves as Professor for Leadership and Management of Early Childhood Education Institutions at ASH Berlin, where he has taught since 2010. His academic work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in educational leadership and organizational development.

Dr. Brodowski earned his Doctorate in Philosophy in 2005 with research on 'Cooperative-collective learning as the basis for organizational learning.' His educational background includes Diplomas in Education (2000), Social Work/Social Pedagogy (1995), and earlier qualifications as a State-certified educator (1992) and Forestry Specialist (1990). From 2005-2010, he led Thuringia's Coordination Office for the UN World Decade 'Education for Sustainable Development.'

His research focuses on organizational learning processes, cooperative learning approaches, and sustainable development in educational contexts. Dr. Brodowski's expertise spans quality management, leadership development, network management, and organizational theory with practical applications in early childhood education institutions.
