Michael Birse

Michael Birse is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Theoretical Physics Group. His research focuses on the intersection of particle and nuclear physics, particularly the role of QCD symmetries in nucleon and meson interactions. He has held editorial roles for journals like Journal of Physics G and contributed to European nuclear physics planning.
