Michael Baldzuhn

Professor Michael Baldzuhn is a distinguished scholar of Medieval and Early Modern German literature at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Humanities, Department of Language, Literature, Media I Institute of German Studies. Appointed as full professor in 2019, he has established himself as a leading expert in medieval song poetry, school literature, and manuscript studies.
