Michael Ahn is an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Policy and Public Affairs within the John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston. His research focuses on technological innovations in government, with specific interests in E-Government, Smart Cities, Artificial Intelligence, Public Management, and Comparative Public Administration.
