Mica McMillan is an Assistant Professor at the Fort Lauderdale Research and Education Center (University of Florida). Her research focuses on palm horticulture, plant and soil health, and the establishment of ornamental plants under diverse environmental and edaphic conditions. She collaborates with the agriculture, turfgrass, and media industries to develop chemistries for sustainable plant growth.
