Dr. Lecturer Mert Mazhar Erduran is a contemporary academic faculty member at the Sarıkamış Faculty of Sports Sciences, Kafkas University, Turkey, since 2025. He holds a PhD in Sports Sciences (2019-2023) and degrees in Physical Education from Bartın University.
- Education: PhD in Sports Sciences, Master’s in Physical Education and Sports Education, and Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Sports Education.
His research focuses on Sports Management, Physical Education, and Sports Psychology, with specific interests in Leadership in Sports, Self-Efficacy in Dance, Competitive Anxiety, and Aggression in Sports. Recent publications analyze leadership styles, emotional intelligence in teachers, and adapted sports for individuals with disabilities.
Collaborations include researchers from Yozgat Bozok University, Ankara University, and independent academics. He has contributed to books like Uluslararası Güncel Eğitim Araştırmaları Dergisi and Uluslararası Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bilimleri Dergisi.
