Meredith Quinene

Meredith Quinene serves as Program Director for Baylor University's Physician Assistant Studies program in the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. Prior to joining Baylor in Fall 2023, she held the position of Associate Professor and Academic Coordinator at UT Health San Antonio's Master of Physician Assistant Studies program from 2015. As a licensed Physician Assistant, she has experience in traumatic brain injury and otolaryngology.

• Education: Doctor of Health Science (Nova Southeastern University), Master of Physician Assistant Studies (University of Nebraska Medical Center), Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (UT Health San Antonio, summa cum laude), and Bachelor of Science in Education (Baylor University, cum laude).

Her research and professional focus centers on physician assistant education, clinical training, and healthcare workforce development. She actively contributes to national standards in the field as Chair of the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) Exam Development Board, a Board Member of the PAEA Assessment Advisory Board, and an elected Texas delegate for the American Academy of Physician Assistants House of Delegates.
