Meredith Burr is a Principal Lecturer in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at Clemson University, where she has served since 2012. She currently coordinates the Math 1080 (Calculus of One Variable II) course and previously held a position as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Rhode Island College (2010–2012). Her academic training includes a PhD in Mathematics from Tufts University (2010), an MS from Tufts (2007), and a BA from Providence College (2005).
Research & Teaching Focus: Dr. Burr specializes in calculus education and the professional development of graduate student instructors. She actively contributes to improving active learning strategies in large STEM classrooms and graduate teaching mentorship.
