Melissa Stallard is an Associate Professor and Photography Area Coordinator at the University of Akron's Mary Schiller Myers School of Art. Her creative research examines cultural landscapes across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States through photographic documentation.
Her work has been exhibited nationally, including solo exhibitions at Northeastern Illinois University and Youngstown State University, and featured in publications including The Oxford American's Eyes on The South.
