Her career spans over 10 years in IT, including roles at Dell, healthcare institutions (e.g., Stanford Hospital’s EPIC system implementation), and the automotive industry. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Information Technology from Kaplan University, alongside an ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate.
Her professional interests focus on IT infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and process optimization in both corporate and academic settings. She transitioned to higher education to apply her expertise in advancing technological systems in educational environments.
Melissa has led projects such as software implementations, facility expansions, and IT process upgrades.
