Melissa Durham, PharmD, is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy and serves as the Associate Dean of Organizational Culture/Success and Well-Being. She is also affiliated with the Keck School of Medicine at USC, where she works as a clinical pharmacist in the Department of Anesthesiology.

Dr. Durham's research focuses on clinical pharmacy with an emphasis on pain management, opioid medication management, and travel medicine. Her work bridges community pharmacy practice with multidisciplinary pain clinics and international travel health initiatives.
Her publications over the last decade highlight trends in pharmacist-led interventions for chronic pain and travel-related healthcare. Notably, she pioneered a community pharmacy-based opioid management program and explored disparities in travel-health recommendations between pharmacists and primary care providers.

Dr. Durham teaches clinical pharmacotherapy to Physician Assistant Program students and coordinates courses in Self-Care/Non-Prescription Therapies and Travel Medicine at the School of Pharmacy. She also provides clinical services at the USC Pain Center and International Travel Medicine Clinics.
