Professor Melinda Craike is a leading academic in physical activity and health at Victoria University's Institute for Health & Sport. She holds the dual role of Professor of Physical Activity and Health and Director of the Pathways in Place initiative, a $11M research program addressing community disadvantage. Her expertise spans health-enhancing physical activity, research translation, and preventive health care. Craike has over 200 publications and $5.5M in Paul Ramsay Foundation funding for her systems-change work in communities like Brimbank and Logan.
