Melina Agosto is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Physiology and Biophysics and Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences at Dalhousie University, Faculty of Medicine. Her research focuses on retinal synapse biology, specifically proteins involved in synapse formation and function. She holds a BS from MIT, a PhD from Harvard, and postdoctoral training at Boston Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine.
