Melanie Smuk is a Reader in Medical Statistics at the Centre for Genomics and Child Health within Queen Mary University of London's Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Her academic career spans roles at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen), with a focus on clinical trials, health data science, and global health.
