Melanie Phelps

Melanie Phelps is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Academic Education, Jerry M. Wallace School of Osteopathic Medicine, Campbell University, and a section instructor at the Gillings School of Global Public Health, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has over 19 years of experience as Senior Vice President for Health System Innovation and Deputy General Counsel at the North Carolina Medical Society, focusing on health policy, legislative and regulatory guidance, and value-driven healthcare transitions.
