Melanie Hill, MA, serves as a Clinical Associate Professor and Des Moines Student Teaching Coordinator within the Department of Educational Foundations & Professional Experiences at the University of Northern Iowa's College of Education. A UNI alumna with extensive field experience as both an educator and mentor teacher, she specializes in preparing pre-service teachers through clinical practice coordination and student-centered pedagogy.
