Meizhu Chen is a PhD Candidate and Tutor (Teaching Assistant) at the Department of Accounting & Finance, UWA Business School. Her work focuses on financial literacy, personal finance, and gender equality in finance, with a particular emphasis on the gender gap in financial literacy among young people. She also explores Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and their intersection with corporate governance.
