Dr. Mehmet KART (born 1984) is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Child Development, Faculty of Health Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University since 2019. He earned his PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the same university in 2022 after a Master's (2017) and Bachelor's degree (2006) in Education. His academic work focuses on values education, Ahi culture, inclusive educational practices, and special needs education.
