Mehdi Hassine is a faculty member at Berklee College of Music, serving in the Music Production department with cross-disciplinary roles in Music for Film/TV/Games and Music History & Liberal Arts. With over 25 years of industry experience, he specializes in audio engineering, video editing, and live sound production. His professional credits include front-of-house mixing for arena concerts (e.g., Sigur Rós, Stanley Clarke), film/TV projects with Disney International/EMI Records, and international music tours. He currently tours globally as front-of-house engineer and production manager for Iranian pop artist Moein while producing independent artists.
Education: He holds dual master’s degrees from French universities—Electro-Optical Engineering (Orsay University) and Business Administration (Pantheon-Sorbonne University). Based in Los Angeles, he actively contributes to instructional content for Hal Leonard and teaches Pro Tools certification courses.
