Megan Tobias Neely

Megan Tobias Neely is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, with affiliations to Stanford University’s VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab. Her work bridges workplace inequality and economic sociology, focusing on gender, race, and social class dynamics in finance and tech sectors.

Research Interests

• Gendered labor practices in venture capital and hedge funds

Recent Publications highlight trends in corporate crisis exploitation, qualitative research methodology, and patrimonialism. Her award-winning book Hedged Out examines white male dominance in hedge funds.
