Megan Tobias Neely is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School, with affiliations to Stanford University’s VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab. Her work bridges workplace inequality and economic sociology, focusing on gender, race, and social class dynamics in finance and tech sectors.
