Megan Scheldt serves as the Director of Student Engagement and Operations at the Boerigter Center for Calling and Career at Hope College. She also holds an academic role as an instructor in the Leadership minor and serves as advisor to the Kappa Delta Chi sorority, with additional responsibilities in the Grievance Process Pool and former involvement in women's lacrosse administration.
Her educational credentials include a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) from Lourdes University (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Vincent College (2013).
Her professional focus centers on leadership development and career readiness, emphasizing experiential learning through alumni networking, professional workshops, and resume refinement. She specializes in helping students identify core competencies and values while building career pathways through structured programming and one-on-one coaching.
Megan supervises a 14-member student team of Career Ambassadors who facilitate campus-wide engagement initiatives. Her background includes establishing Lourdes University's inaugural women's lacrosse program as assistant coach and academic coordinator, along with nonprofit youth development work in lacrosse instruction.
