Megan Reitz is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and an Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Dialogue at Hult International Business School. Her research focuses on transformative dialogue in organizations, leadership development, and the integration of mindfulness into workplace practices. She is recognized globally for her contributions to understanding employee activism and organizational change.
Reitz holds an MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Change Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey, an MRes in Research from Cranfield University, and a PhD in Leadership and Dialogue from Cranfield University. Her academic career spans over two decades, with a strong emphasis on translating research into practical organizational solutions.
She is the author of three influential books: *Dialogue in Organizations*, *Mind Time*, and *Speak Up* (2020), the latter shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year. Her TED talk on employee activism has garnered over a million views, and she contributes regularly to Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review.
Reitz’s awards include nominations for the Thinkers50 Breakthrough Idea Award and recognition in HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers listings. Her work bridges academic rigor and real-world applications, emphasizing dialogue as a catalyst for organizational transformation.
