Megan Kohler is an Assistant Professor and Learning Designer at Pennsylvania State University's John A. Dutton Institute for Teaching and Learning Excellence. She specializes in neurodiversity, instructional design, and accessible learning environments.

Her research focuses on supporting neurodivergent learners in higher education, emphasizing flexible instructional design standards and frameworks. She co-created the Collaborative Content Design Model to enhance faculty-designer collaboration and developed the Epidemics MOOC, a highly-rated online course.
Megan advocates for neuroinclusive education through workshops, speaking engagements, and her book The Multidisciplinary Instructional Designer.
