Megan Daschbach

Megan Daschbach is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis and Director of the Chemistry Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) Program. She has taught General Chemistry I & II since 2011 while leading the PLTL initiative. She earned her PhD in Bioorganic Chemistry from Washington University and a BS in Chemistry summa cum laude from Mount Saint Mary's University.

Her educational innovations focus on developing peer-assisted learning frameworks that enhance student engagement and mastery in foundational chemistry courses. Her leadership in the PLTL program has established effective support systems for undergraduate chemistry education.
