Megan Chaney

Megan Chaney is a Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, where she has taught since 2013. Her career spans roles at multiple institutions, including Associate Professor of Law at University of La Verne College of Law and Visiting Associate Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

Professor Chaney specializes in Clinical Education, Criminal Law, and Trial Advocacy, with a focus on juvenile justice reform and post-adjudicatory defense. She co-directs the Criminal Justice Field Placement Clinic and coaches competitive trial/moot court teams.
