Jonathan Oberman is a Clinical Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Criminal Defense Clinic at Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law. Over twenty years at Cardozo, he has taught courses including Criminal Procedure, Wrongful Convictions, and Ethics of Criminal Advocacy, while supervising students in the Criminal Defense and Appeals Clinics. His work integrates litigation practice with academic training, having directed over 150 students who now serve in Public Defender offices nationwide.
