Meg Warren is an Instructor in the MBA Program and Executive Coach for the EMBA Program at the University of Connecticut School of Business. She serves as Executive Director of the Office of External & Alumni Engagement, a role she has held since 2021. Her career at UConn spans over 13 years, during which she has held leadership positions such as director of the Graduate Career Development team and director of the Full-time MBA program.

- B.S. in Business Administration, Bentley University
Research Interests & Expertise: Meg focuses on executive coaching, corporate development strategies, graduate program leadership, and career management. She employs tools like Everything DiSC and StrengthsFinder 2.0 to guide students and professionals in designing personalized career development plans, emphasizing values and strengths-based approaches.
Advising & Leadership: With over 20 years of experience in corporate and higher education settings, Meg integrates her expertise in career development and organizational behavior to mentor students and alumni. She leads initiatives in the Dean’s Office and the Office of External & Alumni Engagement, fostering lifelong learning and strategic career growth.
Labs/Teams: Meg oversees the Graduate Career Development team and collaborates with the Full-time MBA program. Her work is centered in the Office of External & Alumni Engagement at UConn School of Business.
