Meg Holzer is an Assistant Professor of Legal Writing at Brooklyn Law School, where she joined the faculty in 2021 after serving as a visiting professor since 2017. She also teaches in the Law School's externship program and academic success program.

Professor Holzer's research focuses on legal education pedagogy with an emphasis on equity and accessibility for all learners. Her work aims to improve teaching strategies in legal writing and enhance student engagement through innovative methods such as adapting the IRAC framework. She is particularly interested in creating inclusive learning environments that address diverse student needs.
Her publications reflect a blend of legal writing pedagogy and business law. The 2021 article explores student buy-in to the IRAC paradigm, while the 2016 piece examines the implications of a Florida court's Bitcoin ruling on business law. These works demonstrate her commitment to both foundational legal education and emerging areas of law.
Professor Holzer has been actively involved in the Law School's Student Advisor and Mentorship Program (SAMP), serving on the faculty support committee during its pilot year and continuing in that role for the 2021-2022 academic year. This involvement underscores her dedication to student mentorship and academic support.
