Meera Darji is a Lecturer in Media Production at Birmingham City University's School of Arts, Design and Media. As an award-winning documentary filmmaker and visual artist, her practice-based research explores cinema verité techniques and ethno-sensory praxis combined with immersive technologies to represent marginalized communities in India. Her work has received international recognition at festivals like the Royal Television Society and Kashish Mumbai LGBT Festival.
