Medha Gargeya is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, specializing in government-facing and appellate litigation. She serves as a reserve officer in the U.S. Air Force’s Judge Advocate General Corps.

Her research and professional focus spans administrative and regulatory law, constitutional law, and separation of powers. She has extensive experience in government legal strategy, having worked in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division and as Associate Counsel to the Vice President.

At Harvard, she teaches courses on Government Lawyering and Oversight & Separation of Powers (Spring 2026). She previously clerked for Judge Roger Wollman on the Eighth Circuit and taught art law at the University of South Dakota School of Law.
