Meaghen Quinn

Meaghen Quinn is a Professor in the School of Dramatic Art at the University of Windsor, part of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. She actively engages in community and educational initiatives, notably through programs like Changing the Odds: Community Transformation through the Arts, which empowers at-risk youth through theater and arts training. Quinn has also been involved in Enactus Windsor, supporting student-led projects focused on youth financial literacy and social empowerment.

Her academic background includes a BFA in Acting from the University of Windsor (2001), and she maintains strong ties to her alma mater through teaching and recruitment efforts. Quinn’s work emphasizes bridging artistic practice with community impact, as seen in her roles as a performer and director in outdoor theater events like C-O-N-T-A-C-T (2021) and her leadership in interdisciplinary arts programs.

In 2015, she received the Innovation Award for Service and Recruitment from the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, recognizing her contributions to student engagement and program promotion.
