Meaghan Wido

Meaghan Wido is an Assistant Clerkship Director at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. She serves as a Staff Pediatrician at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and holds active military service as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy.

Her research focuses on military pediatric medicine, medical education, and preventive child health. She has contributed to military medical training initiatives through publications like Military Medicine (2018) on pediatric interest groups.

Currently serving as Pediatric Department Head at Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor and previously at Naval Medical Center San Diego, she bridges clinical practice with academic leadership in military healthcare settings.
