Meagan Renee Kendall

Dr. Meagan R. Kendall is an Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Education and Leadership at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). As Graduate Coordinator for the Master of Science in Engineering program, she focuses on enhancing engineering education through frameworks like the Contextual Engineering Leadership Development model. Her work emphasizes engineering identity formation, faculty development, and curriculum innovation at Hispanic-Serving Institutions.
