Dr. Md. Ataur Rahman is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Engineering at RMIT University. His research focuses on materials engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, and condensed matter physics. He specializes in developing advanced materials for applications in optoelectronics, wearable sensors, and energy harvesting. His current projects include cyber-secure wireless wearable patches, neuromorphic hardware, and transparent bio-sensors. He holds an ORCID identifier (0000-0002-4961-6055) and actively supervises postgraduate research in fields like battery-free sensors and phase-change materials.
