Małgorzata Klimka-Kołysko

Dr. Małgorzata Klimka-Kołysko serves as a Professor of Occupational and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Law of SWPS University in Poznań, where she is affiliated with the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology.

Her research expertise spans several critical areas in applied psychology:

• Career planning and development systems
• Interpersonal communication dynamics within organizational settings
• Occupational well-being and psychological processes in workplaces
• Social and personal skills development

With nearly 15 years of academic experience, Dr. Klimka-Kołysko actively bridges research and practice through publications in both Polish and international journals, as well as practitioner-oriented articles. She has implemented numerous EU-sponsored educational projects focused on personal and professional development for diverse populations including youth, adults, and individuals with special needs.

She serves as academic supervisor for the SWPS University Student Theatre, extending her educational impact beyond traditional classroom settings. Her practical contributions include co-authoring national career counseling and guidance programs for children, youth, and adults that have been integrated into Poland's national education system.
