Małgorzata Cygańska

Małgorzata Cygańska (Dr. hab., Prof. UWM) is a Professor at the Department of Finance, Institute of Economics and Finance, Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. With a focus on healthcare finance and economics, she supervises doctoral students in research areas including digital transformation's financial impacts and energy efficiency in healthcare systems.

Her research addresses financial consequences of digital transformation in healthcare systems, conditions for digital technology adoption in medical entities, and energy efficiency strategies in Polish hospitals. Empirical studies explore socioethical determinants of accounting manipulation, healthcare cost determinants, and integration of clinical and financial information systems.
